Post-warranty repairs

Post-warranty repairs of clothing that are not covered by the warranty conditions or are after the warranty period.
We provide a lifetime service for our clothing and accessories.

• We only accept clothing and accessories of our SEGRASEGRA brand for repair.
  
• We only accept WASHED goods, free from all dirt and hygienically safe. Do not wash accessories in a washing machine, only by hand. Otherwise, we charge CZK 300 for washing or cleaning the goods.
  
• Send the goods (including all inserts for wearing jackets) at your own expense via any carrier to the address: SEGRASEGRA, Františka Křížka 1394/27, Prague 7, 170 00, tel.: +420 605 969 151. Or bring them to our Showroom at the same address.
  
• Attach the completed form to the goods.
  
• After receiving the goods, we will let you know the price of the repair and the time of completion.
  The minimum time for completing the repair is 2-6 weeks. Depending on the current time possibilities, the repair time may be shortened or extended.

The hourly rate of the workshop is 650 CZK/h.

• Zipper replacement and new waterproof zipper for a carrying insert - from 450 CZK
  
• Zipper replacement and new zipper for trousers - from 650 CZK
  
• Replacement of a kidney belt zipper - from 390 CZK
  
• Sewing holes in clothing - from 300 CZK
  
• Shortening the length of trousers, sleeves - from 350 CZK
  
• Shortening the length of sleeves for Nanomembrane Raincoat - from 600 CZK
