Post-warranty repairs
Post-warranty repairs of clothing that are not covered by the warranty conditions or are after the warranty period.
We provide a lifetime service for our clothing and accessories.
- We only accept clothing and accessories of our SEGRASEGRA brand for repair.
- We only accept WASHED goods, free from all dirt and hygienically safe. Do not wash accessories in a washing machine, only by hand. Otherwise, we charge CZK 300 for washing or cleaning the goods.
- Send the goods (including all inserts for wearing jackets) at your own expense via any carrier to the address: SEGRASEGRA, Františka Křížka 1394/27, Prague 7, 170 00, tel.: +420 605 969 151. Or bring them to our Showroom at the same address.
- Attach the completed form to the goods.
- After receiving the goods, we will let you know the price of the repair and the time of completion.
The minimum time for completing the repair is 2-6 weeks. Depending on the current time possibilities, the repair time may be shortened or extended.
PRICE LIST OF REPAIRS - examples
The hourly rate of the workshop is 650 CZK/h, the price includes the repair and the material needed for the repair, threads, buttons. Specific accessories such as zippers, buckles, etc. are paid separately.
- Replacement of a zipper and a new waterproof zipper for a winter jacket with a lining - CZK 1,000
- Replacement of a zipper and a new waterproof zipper for a jacket without a lining - 730 CZK
- Replacement of the zipper and a new waterproof zipper for the carrying insert - 450 CZK
- Replacement of a zipper and a new zipper for pants - 650 CZK
- Sewing holes in clothes - from 300 CZK
- Shortening the length of trousers and sleeves - from 350 CZK
